Kelli from Mermaid Brows washed up on the shores of San Clemente in 2006. Her passion for permanent makeup, including microblading eyebrows, powder brows, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip color, and plasma skin tightening, is rooted in her attention to detail with every customer.
Established in 2018, Mermaid Brows is a permanent make-up and plasma skin tightening salon that specializes in microblading eyebrows, powder brows, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip color, and plasma skin tightening. With six certifications and as a Certified Microblading Trainer, you can expect special attention to every detail in a peaceful environment with an ocean view.

Our Inspiration
As an avid athlete who enjoys playing in the ocean in Dana Point, long runs on the beaches of San Clemente, and sweaty yoga classes to round out the day, Kelli never sacrificed her passion for adventure for make-up that doesn't swim away; that is, until she discovered the world of microblading and permanent eyeliner!
After finding a way to enjoy the things she loves most while maintaining stunning brows and defined eyes, she decided to share her passion for Permanent Make-Up and Microblading Eyebrows with everyone. The joy she sees on her clients' faces, often with tears of happiness after achieving the look they've always wanted and deserved, is what fuels Kelli's dedication to her craft!
Kelli has also earned three degrees and six certificates. She is certified as a Microblading Specialist from 3D Microblading Career Training, as a Permanent Make-Up Artist and Plasma Skin Tightening Technician from Elite Permanent Cosmetics, and as a Microblading Career Trainer from Look Image School for Permanent Cosmetics.
